About William B. Kerr
William Kerr is a partner at Spencer West US LLP, an international firm. He graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Business Management and the University of Pennsylvania with a J.D. specializing in corporate finance and securities law. Before joining Spencer West, he managed his own firm, Kerr LLP. An alumnus of "big law", he practiced at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP. He is licensed to practice law in New York, advises companies in multiple jurisdictions and regularly tries cases before the federal courts, the Delaware Chancery Court and the New York Supreme Court's Commercial Division.
