About William B. Kerr
William Kerr is the managing partner of Kerr LLP. He graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Business Management and the University of Pennsylvania with a J.D. specializing in corporate finance and securities law. An alumn of "big law", he practiced at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP. He is licensed to practice law in New York, advises companies in multiple jurisdictions and regularly tries cases before the federal courts, the Delaware Chancery Court and the New York Supreme Court's Commercial Division.
